- מְלוֹיְתָאf. (מְלֵי) place for drawing water, well. Lev. R. s. 21 ויתיב ליה על מְלוֹיַתְהָן דנשיא sat down by the place where the women draw water; Pesik. Aḥăré, p. 176b>; Yalk. Lev. 571 מְלַתְהוֹן; (Keth.62b אגודא דנהרא).
